By accessing or using the NeoEnc platform, CLI tools, or Obsidian extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the service or access data not intended for you.
3. Intellectual Property
- User-generated content (debate trees, claims, inferences) remains the property of the creator, but by posting publicly, you grant us a license to display and index that content. You allow content posted on IPFS to be used as training data for any purpose.
4. Privacy & Data
- Local processing (WebLLM) happens on your device.
- Data uploaded to our servers is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- We prioritize encryption and user control over personal knowledge bases.
5. Limitation of Liability
NeoEnc is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or the accuracy of the truth-making models.
6. Truth Market Disclaimer
Participation in prediction markets or "Truth Markets" involves risk. These are experimental features intended for research and coordination purposes.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
